And just like that, it’s gone.

The 2013 NFL Draft has come and gone which means not only is it time to point and laugh at all the supposed “draft experts” and their mock drafts, it’s time to start grading these picks despite most of these guys not even meeting their new teams yet.

Let me first start by saying that I’m not opposed to these draft grades at all  In fact, I agree there should be grades being released at this very moment – grades for the 2009 Draft that is. Grading draft classes that have yet to take the field in an NFL game is the dumbest thing beside posting a seven-round mock draft. You want to grade classes? Grade them on how they turn out in three years. For instance, take ESPN’s Mel Kiper. After the completion of the 2009 draft, look at the grades he gave for the Jets, Cardinals and Bills.
